
Stephan Weise
EURISCO Coordinator
Stephan Weise is a computer scientist by training. He holds a PhD from Bielefeld University, Germany. He has been working in the field of life sciences for more than two decades, where he gained extensive experience especially in integrating and analyzing data. He is head of the Genebank Documentation working group at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK) in Gatersleben, Germany, and is also the coordinator of the EURISCO network within ECPGR. Since the end of 2021, he has also been Chair of the ECPGR's Documentation and Information Working Group.
